About
I am driven to find efficiencies by applying automation and reforming processes. I have 10 years of experience in data management, analytics, visualization, leadership, and dynamically acquiring project‑relevant skills. In my current position at UCSF, I manage a shared SQL database, and lead the development of a Python interface and workflow orchestration system, using Docker, git, JupyterHub, etc., to improve analysis reliability and reproducibility, for an electophysiology neuroscience lab studying memory formation. I want to be the rising tide that lifts all ships as I continue to grow in my own skill sets.
